Service Description

Restorative massage allows you to stay in a form of restorative yoga but on a massage table. Bolsters or rolled towels may be used during the session, along with firm massage pressure to encourage the body to achieve maximum results. Guided meditation and pranayama (breath work) is included in each visit.
