Service Description

We tend to be humans doing instead of being human beings, having difficulties staying focused or feeling relaxed. Mindful meditation is a process of unplugging from the stressors of the exterior elements of life "the busy world out there" and brings you into the now, what needs to be resolved or not. The easiest way is to "start where you are" and your feelings of enlightenment will begin to flow. With calming yet exhilarating music in the background, you will be given a guided meditation by ASHe. During this experience you will be gently curious allowing you to go deeper into your life quest or relaxation. Trust in the moment and the magic will begin... ohmmm :)
